Many of us have experienced pain, suffering, and broken relationships that can sometimes leave us feeling stuck.

When it becomes apparent that we need a little help sorting through these difficult emotions, therapy is a great step.

As your therapist, I strive to build an environment where you feel understood and accepted. As the relationship between therapist and client is the biggest predictor of success, I believe connection is the bedrock where healing and change can take place.

Together, we can work to increase your awareness of patterns between your emotions and behaviors, and identify accompanying thoughts and physical sensations. Overtime, this insight can help you develop healthier ways of functioning in yourself and with others.

In my previous career, I was a coach for women in emerging adulthood, Millennials and Generation Z, as they learned to navigate relationships and careers. As a therapist, I work with a wide variety of issues and people; however, some particular areas of interest include treating women suffering from eating disorders, anxiety, and depression. I also have quite a bit of experience helping explore and process spiritual or religious identity and how that intersects with other aspects of one’s life.

I’m a big believer in self-care and healthy boundaries, so in the hours I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, reading or listening to audible, traveling, and playing volleyball.
