Often times people with Binge Eating Disorder or Compulsive Overeating think that they just can’t control their food intake.
They either think they love food so much that they can’t possibly stop or they are the type of people who are always trying to lose weight and are always failing.
There are some pretty common patterns that develop among Binge Eaters. Usually though, but not always there is a tendency to restrict ones food intake during the day.
But then what happens is that because you haven’t fed yourself well enough during the day, you end up binging or overeating at night to compensate.
